• On-site exhibition space is limited and, as far as the venue allows, directly integrated into the catering area or the ways to the lecture rooms. The booth space allocation will be done according to the booking categories. You can indicate your desired booth space in the booking form.
• To secure the escape routes, we kindly ask you to observe the specified booth areas.
• For the rental of additional stand furniture, please get in touch with expodgm-inventum.de.
• All booth construction materials used must comply with the fire protection standards according to DIN 4102.
• Machines and instruments are allowed for presentation purposes but require prior approval. Please get in touch with us for this purpose at expodgm-inventum.de.
• The mounting of advertising materials on the wall or glass surfaces of the venue is strictly forbidden.

The Venue

Henry-Ford-Bau Berlin

The Platinum exhibition spaces are located directly at the central catering stations, the poster areas and in the passage area to the lecture rooms. A Rental Exhibition Stand, a comprehensive sponsorship package with exclusive services, and 5 on-site tickets for your booth staff are included.

The Gold exhibition spaces are located in a prime location, next to the central catering stations and in the passage area to the lecture rooms. A Rental Exhibition Stand, a large sponsorship package and 4 on-site tickets for your booth staff are included.

The Silver exhibition spaces are located next to the catering stations and in the passage area to the lecture rooms. Back Walls, a medium sponsorship package and 3 on-site tickets for your booth staff are included.

The Bronze exhibition spaces are located next to the catering stations. Back Walls, a small sponsorship package and 2 on-site tickets for your booth staff are included.
